Irish Heart Foundation Heartsaver AED is delivered on your premises
The Heartsaver AED Course teaches the basic techniques of adult cpr and child cpr, also how to use an aed and equips you with the skills necessary to respond to a victim of sudden cardiac arrest. The course is video based and recognised by the Irish Heart Foundation and the American Heart Foundation
Participants who have completed Heartsaver AED Course will have a good understanding of
- Providing emergency first aid
- Identify and treat an adult or child victim of sudden cardiac arrest by providing CPR and using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Treat an adult or child victim of choking to Irish Heart Foundation and American Heart Association guidelines

Who should attend this Heartsaver AED Course?
Employees or anyone who requires a basic understanding of first aid, what procedures to follow in emergency situations and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Assessment/Certification
Following an assessment by an examiner, participants will be awarded the Irish Heart Foundation Heartsaver AED Certificate Card
Course attendees must complete a 10 minute revalididation session every 3 months, CD is included in your Irish Heartsaver AED Student Workbook
